At Barker Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Carefully place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
